You can cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt.
To return your order or cancel it before shipping, simply send an informal email to support@frunk.ly and include
your order number. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of the return. You will receive your refund (including the shipping costs for the outbound shipment to you) upon receipt of your return

A. Cancellation policy
Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be predominantly attributed to his or her commercial or self-employed professional activity:
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Peter Amelang, Frunkly, Narzissenweg 14, 22047 Hamburg, Germany, e-mail: support@frunk.ly) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this, but it is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment. We may withhold refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
General information
1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us freight collected.
3) Please note that the aforementioned paragraphs 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
